Harvest Morning

There’s nothing quite like harvest in Dry Creek Valley — the light is golden, the air cool with the first whisper of fall. We’ll meet early, tools and bins waiting, as the vines glow with fruit at their peak. After a short walk through the rows, you’ll learn how to choose perfect clusters and snip them clean from the vine. Every grape you gather will become part of the small-lot wine made from this morning’s work — the beginning of your own vintage.

Crush & Begin the Transformation

Once the vineyard work is done, we’ll head up to the winery, where the real transformation begins. Together we’ll crush the grapes by hand into a fermentation bin, releasing that unmistakable aroma of fresh must — part fruit, part wild energy. You’ll watch as the juice, skins, and stems come alive, starting the slow, natural chemistry that will carry your grapes through fermentation, pressing, and barrel aging. This is the moment when juice becomes potential, and potential becomes wine

Follow the Journey

The winemaking doesn’t stop when you leave — it’s just getting started. Each month you’ll receive updates from the cellar: photos, chemistry notes, and reflections as your wine moves from fermentation to pressing, into oak barrels, and finally toward bottling. You’ll see the process through the eyes of a working winemaker — the quiet months, the patience, and the gradual reveal of character.

The Bottling — Your Wine

When the time comes, you’re invited back to help bottle the very wine your hands helped create. If you can’t join us in person, no worries — we’ll ship you three bottles of your own grapes, now transformed into wine.
